Graduation Celebration!

Greetings!

I wanted to try to answer a few questions about the banquet. The banquet is not mandatory for anyone. It is open to the graduates and their families, and whoever else is there that morning helping us decorate and prepare for the ceremony.  For those traveling with extended family/friends, they are welcome to join us for the meal.  The room we are using can seat 500.  The main factor is that we will need the final numbers of how many to expect, and the meals paid for in advance.

If you make a reservation, please include how many tickets you need and if you need special seating (i.e.: high chairs, space for wheelchair).

You will need to send $6.00 per person before April 30^th.  Please send that payment to:

Breaded chicken breast

Baked Potato

Green Beans

Bread / Roll

Iced Tea / Lemonade / Coffee

Dessert

If you prefer to brown bag your own lunch, seating will be available. Just let me know how many people so the area can be set up.

You will need to make plans to either participate in the luncheon or brown bag your own. You have to eat! Getting ill and fainting during your graduation ceremony is not something you want to happen. The location of the church does not allow for everyone to leave in search of food. We only have a little over an hour before everyone will need to dress for the ceremony.

Please keep in mind; this is not a meal for the entire audience to take part in. This is mainly to provide food for those who are involved in the ceremony that will have been busy that day preparing for it.
